- Not having anything to eat. This is going to be a long and demanding day – your body needs all the great nutrients good food can provide. Have a healthy breakfast to provide you with enough energy to get you through the day and you will feel excellent.
- Having one too many. It’s perfectly OK to have a glass of champagne with the girls when getting ready. And it is OK to have one-two drinks throughout the wedding as well. But you should not exceed your limit!
- Dealing with too many tasks. Your Maid of Honor, your mother, your day-of coordinator – there are so many people there to help you! Do not take on too many tasks on this special day! Split them among your friends and relatives to make sure you have plenty of time to truly soak into the magic of your wedding day!
